I've attached a Word 2007 document with all the Weapon Charts used in the Codex and both weapon supplement books (I and II)
You may use this to customize the tables for your campaign, or to tinker with to make your own game, with the only caveat that in the latter case we ask for attribution in your credits if anything is published.
This does not include armor charts.

I already did, however due to summer break the whole thing is on standby. We only got in one session but we can always start back up next semester.
